Connect StreamAlive to your live session
Connecting to a YouTube Livestream
Step 1: Authorize StreamAlive to access your YouTube account.
Step 2: Make sure livestreaming is enabled for your YouTube account.
Step 3: Select the upcoming livestream from our dashboard.
Step 4: Start running your interactions.
Connecting to a Zoom meeting
Step 1: Add your scheduled meeting with a title, Zoom link, date, and time. Or, join an ongoing meeting.
Step 2: Add your Run of Show if you have one.
Step 3: Connect to the meeting.
Step 4: Check to make sure the StreamAlive bot has been added to the meeting.
Step 5: Start running your interactions.
Connecting to a Zoom webinar
Step 1: Add your scheduled webinar with a title, Zoom link, date, and time. Or, join an ongoing meeting.
Step 2: Add your Run of Show if you have one.
Step 3: Connect to the meeting.
Step 4: Check to make sure the StreamAlive bot has been added to the meeting.
Step 5: Make sure the StreamAlive bot has been added as a panelist so it receives the messages.
Step 6: Start running your interactions.
Connecting to MS Teams
Step 1: Authorize StreamAlive to access your Microsoft account.
Step 2: Confirm that you are hosting the meeting you are trying to connect to.
Step 3: Select the upcoming meeting from our dashboard.
Step 4: Start running your interactions.
Connecting to an In-Person* event
Step 1: Choose in-person event from the StreamAlive dashboard.
Step 2: Create an event with a title, date, and time.
Step 3: Add your Run of Show if you have one.
Step 4: Offer the QR code or link to your attendees.
Step 5: Start running your interactions.
*Connecting to other online events will be done through our in-person application until we offer your platform of choice.
