How do I add/remove team members from my workspace?

Collaboration is key to running successful live sessions, and StreamAlive makes it easy to work as a team using workspaces.

Adding team members to your workspace allows you to share the workload of creating presentations, scheduling sessions, configuring settings, and analyzing session data. Similarly, removing members when roles or responsibilities change helps maintain a streamlined team.

However, being mindful of who you add to your workspace is important. Team members will have access to your workspace, so ensure you only invite individuals you trust.

This guide will walk you through the steps to add or remove team members in StreamAlive, so your team can collaborate effectively and securely.


How many team members can I add?

All pricing plans, including the free plan, allow you to invite team members, but the number of team members you can invite varies by plan, so check your plan details to see how many team members you can invite.



Adding Team Members

  1. Access your workspace from the top left arrow, as is visible here:

  2. Click on the settings icon next to your workspace

  3. Invite your team members to your workspace

    You can do this by inviting your team members via email

  4. Confirm the addition of the new team member



Removing Team Members

  1. Click on the team member’s role (Editor&Moderator)

  2. Click on Remove from workspace

  2. Consistency Across Sessions: Team members can access shared presentations, templates, interaction designs, and settings, ensuring a cohesive experience across events.

  4. Shared Analytics: After a session, team members can review and discuss engagement data together, making it easier to refine and improve future presentations.
