If you have filled in the meeting information and link correctly, make sure to click connect on the StreamAlive Zoom meetings page. Once you have done so, please make sure that you have admitted the bot from the Zoom Waiting Room. You can access the waiting room by clicking on "Participants" in the Zoom user interface.
