Copied Interaction Links offer a powerful way to integrate your pre-built StreamAlive presentations with external presentation software like Keynote, PowerPoint, or Google Slides. By embedding these links into your slides, you can seamlessly launch your StreamAlive interactions during your presentation, creating a more engaging and interactive experience for your audience.
How to Use Copied Interaction Links
Create Your StreamAlive Presentation:
Design and build your interactive presentation within the StreamAlive "My Presentations" page.
Ensure that all interactions are set up with the necessary content and settings.
Obtain the Copied Interaction Link:
Open the presentation on the "My Presentations" page.
Click on the three dots on the right side.
Select the "Copy Interaction Link" option to copy the generated link to your clipboard.
Embed the Link in Your External Presentation:
Open your external presentation software (Keynote, PowerPoint, Google Slides, etc.).
Insert a clickable element (e.g., text, image, shape) where you want the link to be placed.
Paste the copied interaction link into the hyperlink field of the clickable element.
Initiate the Interaction:
During your presentation, click on the embedded link.
This will open the StreamAlive Presentation Live page and launch the corresponding interaction.
On the first click, you'll be prompted to set up your StreamAlive Presentation Live destination.
Subsequent clicks on any Easy Interaction Link (within the same session) will automatically open the corresponding interaction within the active StreamAlive Presentation Live page.
Recommendation: We suggest having a starting slide to link to, so you can set up the destination before the session without starting an interaction.
Important Considerations:
Pre-Built Presentations: Copied Interaction Links require you to have a fully created StreamAlive presentation within the "My Presentations" page.
Session Management: StreamAlive sessions will stay active until disconnected or after 1 hour of inactivity.
