We want you to feel confident using StreamAlive—and to make that possible, we provide a generous and flexible way to try the product before you purchase.

No Refunds

StreamAlive subscriptions are generally non-refundable once activated. We encourage you to fully evaluate the product before upgrading.

If you experience a billing issue or encounter a problem that prevents you from using StreamAlive as intended, please contact us and we’ll review your case.

Why we don’t offer refunds

We believe you should be able to fully evaluate StreamAlive in real-world conditions before upgrading. To support this, we offer multiple ways to try the product thoroughly:

Free Plan (Always Available)

  • Run unlimited sessions

  • Access all core functionality, including:

    • presentations and interactions

    • web app, PowerPoint add-in, and Zoom app

    • standard themes

  • Limit of 5 participants per session

This allows you to fully understand how StreamAlive works in practice.

Free Pro Trial (On Request)

If you need to test at scale, you can request a free Pro trial, which includes:

  • Unlimited participants

  • Full access to Pro features, including:

    • custom branding (themes, colors, fonts, background images)

  • Available for:

    • 2 sessions, or

    • 2 weeks (whichever comes first)

This lets you validate StreamAlive in conditions very close to your actual use case.

What this means for you

  • You can fully test StreamAlive before upgrading, both in small and large-scale scenarios

  • Once you upgrade to a paid plan, the subscription is non-refundable

  • If you cancel your plan, it will remain active until the end of your billing period
