Zoom connection and signature invalid error

We’re aware that a number of users are experiencing issues connecting StreamAlive to Zoom. Users are receiving the following error:

Zoom reported a connection error: Signature is invalid

We’re talking to the Zoom technical support to understand what’s happening here.

In the meantime you can try the following:

  1. Try reconnecting. Many users report that they tried two or three times and then it connected

  2. If you have authorized StreamAlive to access your Zoom account, try de-authorizing it and reauthorizing it

This is not a problem or a bug with StreamAlive and once it has connected StreamAlive’s interactions will work as normal.

We’ll update users once we have an update from Zoom on this matter and apologise for the inconvenience.
